The mission of this podcast is to help Christian women who serve in churches as a vocation or
as a volunteer, or women who work in non-profit or small business by equipping them to lead
with faith, confidence, and purpose.

Having said that, this podcast will be full of leadership principles that can be applied in any
leadership situation.
