As a catalyst for change in churches, which most of you know that you are, you absolutely must have credibility. Otherwise, you won’t be able to get others to accept or even tolerate the change that is coming.

In today’s episode, I uncover three things you can be doing while you wait on the Lord. Guess what! None of these involve change. They are centered around you building credibility by spending time with your people with curiosity and respect and a whole lot of humility.
